Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children between 0 and 18 years of age; 2.Complete medical history of the child (including general information on admission, current medical history, past history, personal history, family history, physical examination, initial findings at the time of the initial consultation, results of bone marrow aspiration examination and genetics); 3.Cases of first-time consultation with a confirmed diagnosis;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Over 18 years old; 2.Incomplete medical history to extract key information needed for the study; 3.Cases not first diagnosed in our hospital; 4.Cases with unclear diagnosis or subsequent diagnosis overturned;
