Experimental group:Use 3 ml of 0.9% normal saline for positive pressure catheter sealing.
Control group:Use 3 ml of 10 U/ml heparin saline for positive pressure catheter sealing.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age>=18 years old; 2.Conforming to the indications for PICC catheterization; 3.The post-procedural chest X-ray showed that the tip of the catheter was located in the middle to lower one-third of the superior vena cava; 4.Patinets agree and commit that all PICC maintenance operations during the follow-up period will be completed in the PICC outpatient clinic; 5.It is expected that the PICC will be retained for at least 14 days; 6.Informed consent, voluntary participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The most recent blood biochemical indicators before catheterization indicated the presence of coagulation dysfunction, specifically meeting one of the following criteria: PLT 15.6 s, Fbg 42.5 s, TT > 24 s, or D-dimer > 1.0 µg/mL. 2.Those with a history of heparin allergy or who have been diagnosed by a doctor as having clear contraindications to heparin (such as heparin-induced thrombocytopenia).
