18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 18–80 years old. 2. Patients extubated after cardiac surgery (e.g., valve replacement, coronary artery bypass grafting). 3. No contraindications for early rehabilitation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe preoperative pulmonary diseases affecting ReDS™PRO noninvasive pulmonary edema assessment, such as pulmonary fibrosis and COPD. 2. Impaired consciousness, limb paralysis, or other conditions preventing early rehabilitation cooperation. 3. Rib fractures, pneumothorax. 4. Postoperative CRRT support. 5. Refusal to participate in the study.
