Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Experimental group: patients diagnosed with acute liver injury or patients with ischemia-reperfusion liver injury caused by liver surgery; 2.Control group: Except for patients with acute liver injury and ischemia-reperfusion liver injury due to liver surgery; 3.Voluntarily sign informed consent; 4.Patients between the ages of 18 and 80;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with chronic liver injury; 2.Pregnant and lactating women, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and other serious mental disorders; 3.Patients younger than 18 years or older than 80 years;
