Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets the diagnostic criteria for rotator cuff injury; 2. Unilateral shoulder pain or limited movement; 3. Disease duration within 1 month; 4. MRI shows rotator cuff injury; 5. Sports Medicine Department does not recommend surgical treatment; 6. Has received 2 weeks of conventional rehabilitation treatment at our hospital, is willing to continue outpatient rehabilitation treatment, and will sign the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with rotator cuff injuries requiring surgical treatment; 2. Patients with shoulder joint fractures; 3. Those with diseases causing bone destruction such as tuberculosis or tumors as shown by MRI; 4. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary diseases who cannot participate in physical exercise; 5. Patients currently participating in other clinical trials; 6. Hospitalized patients.
