Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with a hip fracture; 3. Surgical treatment under general anesthesia; 4. Expected postoperative hospital stay >=3 days;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of neurological disorders affecting cognitive function; 2. Severe visual, hearing, and motor dysfunction; 3. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 4. Recent history of severe trauma or surgery;
