Age
18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meets SAP diagnostic criteria; 2.Aged 18–70 years; 3.Onset within 72 hours; ; 4.Abdominal or pelvic fluid accumulation present on ultrasound (thickness>=1 cm or volume>=50 mL).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent severe failure of other vital organs; 2.Presence of contraindications to abdominal paracentesis; 3.Patients with severe acute pancreatitis undergoing laparoscopic or open surgery within seven days of onset; 4.Allergy to the components of Epsom salts.
