Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with femoroacetabular impingement (FAI) and scheduled for hip arthroscopic surgery 2.No significant difficulty in walking 500 meters, squatting, and performing activities of daily living 3.Aged 18–70 years, regardless of gender 4. With complete hip MRI records (including sequences such as T1WI, T2WI, FS-PDWI)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Presence of postoperative infection (e.g., septic arthritis) 2.Combined with other injuries, such as ligament or muscle injuries 3.History of lower extremity surgery 4.Hip osteoarthritis 5.Severe systemic diseases including BMI = 28, uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, or advanced cancer 6.Neurological, spinal, or lower extremity diseases
