Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing transsphenoidal surgery; 2.Postoperative general anesthesia was fully woken up and able to communicate; 3.Evaluation Evaluation using the TMM model showed no symptoms such as nausea or vomiting that could be intervened; 4.NRS score >= 3 points; 5.Preoperative electrolyte levels were normal; 6.The patient voluntarily participated in this study after giving informed consent; 7.Age >= 18 years and <= 60 years;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with heart and lung dysfunction; 2.Those with other systemic diseases, such as hyperthyroidism, uremia, or malignant tumors; 3.Those participating in other research projects simultaneously; 4.Patients with severe anxiety and sleep disorders upon admission; 5.Those with cerebrospinal fluid leakage or potential cerebrospinal fluid leakage; 6.Those intolerant to lemon and cold stimulation.
