Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.patients who met the diagnostic criteria for psoriasis; 2.received IL-17 or IL-23 biologic therapy for >=52 weeks; 3.had relatively complete clinical data, including height, weight, comorbidities, and laboratory parameters such as blood glucose, lipid profile, and uric acid levels;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Age<=18 years old; 2.Patients with active infection, malignancy, autoimmune disorders, or severe hepatic/renal dysfunction; 3.Patients receiving medications that may significantly affect metabolic parameters during the study period (e.g., systemic corticosteroids, immunosuppressants, insulin sensitizers, or statins); 4.Patients with incomplete follow-up data or missing key laboratory results; 5.Pregnant or lactating women;
