Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years; 2. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Classification I-III; 3. Elective spinal surgery under general anesthesia; 4. Transferred to PACU after surgery;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of voice disorders or oral and maxillofacial surgery before the operation; 2. Hoarseness after extubation; 3. Cognitive impairment exists, making it impossible to follow instructions; 4. Long-term use of opioids before surgery; 5. Severe complications occurred during the PACU period; 6. Refuse to sign the informed consent form;
