Group1:Three weekly regular basketball technical training sessions combined with daily placebo supplementation, for a duration of eight weeks.
Group2:Three weekly regular basketball technical training sessions combined with daily beta-alanine supplementation, for a duration of eight weeks.
Group3: Three weekly regular basketball technical training sessions combined with short-distance sprint interval training and daily placebo supplementation, for a duration of eight weeks.
Group4:Three weekly regular basketball technical training sessions combined with short-distance sprint interval training and daily beta-alanine supplementation, for a duration of eight weeks.

18 Years to 24 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Physically healthy, with no cardiovascular, lung, or other chronic diseases; 2. Aged 18-24, with a background in systematic basketball training (>=3 years), regular training at least 3 times per week, and no major injuries recently; 3. No bad habits such as excessive drinking; 4. Have not taken exercise supplements such as ß-alanine in the past 3 months before the experiment; 5. Volunteer to participate in the experiment, able to actively participate in tests and training, and must sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Low compliance; 2. Loss to follow-up due to injury, withdrawal midway; 3. Failure to cooperate.
