Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): (1) Age >=40 years; (2) History of smoking (pack-years >=10) or exposure to biomass fuels or occupational hazards; (3) Post-bronchodilator FEV1/FVC ratio =6 months; (3) Participants voluntarily enroll in this study and sign a written informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: HIV patients or individuals with other immunodeficiency conditions (including neutropenia, hematologic malignancies, solid tumors undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy, organ transplantation, long-term corticosteroid or cytokine antagonist therapy);pregnant or lactating women; positive results for four infectious diseases (including hepatitis B, syphilis, etc.).
