Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent hypertension and ischemic stroke, with the ischemic stroke being the first occurrence; 2. Age >= 18 years; 3. Voluntary participation in questionnaire surveys and availability of complete clinical data; 4. No history of long-term residence in Gansu Province exceeding 5 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient has taken medications affecting homocysteine levels within the past 6 months (drugs that may alter Hcy test results include: folic acid, methylcobalamin, multivitamins, metformin, phenytoin sodium, carbamazepine, methotrexate, thiazide diuretics, fibrates, niacin, isoniazid, oral contraceptives, etc. ); 2. Patients unable to cooperate with questionnaire surveys or treatment; 3. Pregnant and lactating women.
