eMAC Group (E Group):Anesthesia depth guided primarily by eMAC score: maintain eMAC between 1.5 and 2.5
ensure eMAC > 1.5 and stable before intubation
adjust anesthesia depth intraoperatively based on eMAC
attempt awakening when eMAC decreases to 0.8, 0.6, 0.4, 0.3, 0.2. Anesthetic regimen: induction with propofol, sufentanil, rocuronium
maintenance with propofol and remifentanil
inhalational desflurane
vasopressors as needed.
BIS Group (B Group):Anesthesia depth guided primarily by BIS value: perform tracheal intubation after BIS < 60
adjust anesthesia depth intraoperatively based on BIS (maintain 40–60)
refer to BIS during awakening. Anesthetic regimen: induction with propofol, sufentanil, rocuronium

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic surgery with endotracheal tube general anesthesia; 2.Patients with ASA Class I~II; 3.Patients of any gender, aged >=18 years; 4.Patients with signed informed consent forms;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients enrolled in other trials; 2.Patients with cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or recent (5 years, daily intake of Chinese liquor >=50ml); 5.Pregnant women; 6.Patients with a BMI >=30; 7.Patients or family members who are unwilling to participate after being informed of the study details; 8.Patients who are deemed ineligible for the trial by the investigator;
