Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: I. Confirmed cases of sputum smear-positive pulmonary tuberculosis meeting national diagnostic criteria; II. Age = 15 years; III. Initiation of standard short-course chemotherapy in an outpatient setting.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: I. Patients with any severe communication barriers or psychiatric disorders; II. Patients whose family members are already participating in this study; III. Patients previously treated with anti-tuberculosis drugs who have been re-diagnosed with tuberculosis; IV. Patients with drug-resistant tuberculosis; V. Patients with severe pulmonary tuberculosis; VI. Patients who refuse to sign the informed consent form to participate in this study.
