Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal individuals: 1. Age: Healthy adults over 18 years old; 2. No history of eye diseases, trauma, or surgeries; 3. Requirements for both eyes' refractive power: Myopia degree less than -8.00D, corneal astigmatism less than or equal to -2.5D; 4. Have stopped wearing RGP for more than 3 weeks, and stopped wearing soft corneal contact lenses for more than 1 week; 5. No obvious systemic diseases affecting the eyes. Patients with keratoconus: 1. Age: Adults over 18 years old; 2. No other eye disease history, trauma history, or eye surgeries other than corneal transplantation or corneal cross-linking for keratoconus treatment. 3. No corneal scars, pterygium, or other ocular surface diseases that affect OCT imaging of the anterior segment of the eye. 4. Have stopped wearing RGP for more than 3 weeks, and stopped wearing soft corneal contact lenses for more than 1 week. 5. Diagnosed with keratoconus by a clinical doctor based on slit lamp microscopy or corneal topography examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Have a history of mental or neurological disorders (simple inquiries about direction, observation of attention, simple calculations, etc. are acceptable); 2. Unable to communicate well with the interviewer; 3. Unwilling to wear contact lenses; 4. Having an allergic history to contact lens care solution or fluorescein sodium; 5.
