40 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. In accordance with the 2019 edition of "Key Points for Diagnosis of Various Cerebrovascular Diseases in China", confirmed by cranial CT or MRI examination; 2. Age 40-80 years old; 3. Onset <= 6 months; 4. First episode, unilateral hemiplegia, accompanied by upper limb motor dysfunction; 5. Upper limb Brunnstrom stage IV or above; 6. Upper limb modified Asworth score less than 2; 7. Capable of following simple verbal commands or instructions; 8. Sitting balance level 2 or above; 9. Signed informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Those with venous thrombosis in the upper limbs; 2.Severe spasticity or severe limitation of joint range of motion on the affected side; 3.Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, lungs, liver and kidneys; 4.Severe cognitive or communication impairments; 5.Tthrombocytopenia or a disorder related to blood clotting. 6.Missing skulls; 7.Large area of cerebral infarction or hemorrhage; 8.Currently participating in other clinical trials
