Non-disease study (exercise training intervention)

Interventions

Trial Group:Complex training combined with cluster training (including resistance training at 70%-85% 1RM and power training, with brief rest within sets, twice weekly for 8 weeks)
Control Group:Conventional lower limb strength and power training without cluster training structure (same content as experimental group, only differing in training methodology)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male Chinese-style wrestlers aged 18–25 years; 2. At least 2 years of wrestling-specific training experience; 3. No severe lower-limb sports injury within the past 6 months; 4. Physically healthy and able to complete the prescribed strength and power training and testing procedures; 5. Voluntary participation with written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There have been acute injuries to the lower limbs or severe chronic diseases within the past three months. 2. There are diseases of the cardiovascular system or other conditions that are not suitable for high-intensity exercise. 3. Those who fail to complete the training or tests as required during the experiment. 4. Those who do not cooperate with the experiment arrangement or withdraw halfway
