Self-reported subjective cognitive decline, meeting both: (a) SCD-Q21 score >= 14, indicating clinically meaningful self-perceived cognitive impairment; AND (b) spontaneous endorsement of memory concerns, defined as answering 'fair' or 'poor' to the question 'How would you rate your memory at present?', consistent with the CHARLS SCD operationalization; 3. Score >= 22 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), confirming the absence of objective cognitive impairment sufficient to preclude study participation; 4. Possession and functional use of a WeChat-compatible smartphone (iOS 12.0+ or Android 7.0+), and willingness to use WeChat daily; usability will be confirmed by a brief digital literacy screening task conducted by trained research nurses at enrollment; 5. Current community residence in Suzhou with expected continuous residency for the 36-week study period; 6.
