Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >= 60 years at the time of screening, consistent with the Chinese national standard for older adulthood; 2. Self-reported subjective cognitive decline, meeting both: (a) SCD-Q21 score >= 14, indicating clinically meaningful self-perceived cognitive impairment; AND (b) spontaneous endorsement of memory concerns, defined as answering 'fair' or 'poor' to the question 'How would you rate your memory at present?', consistent with the CHARLS SCD operationalization; 3. Score >= 22 on the Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA), confirming the absence of objective cognitive impairment sufficient to preclude study participation; 4. Possession and functional use of a WeChat-compatible smartphone (iOS 12.0+ or Android 7.0+), and willingness to use WeChat daily; usability will be confirmed by a brief digital literacy screening task conducted by trained research nurses at enrollment; 5. Current community residence in Suzhou with expected continuous residency for the 36-week study period; 6. Ability to provide written informed consent and complete self-administered or interviewer-administered questionnaires in Mandarin Chinese; 7. Adequate sensory and communicative capacity to engage with a voice-guided smartphone application.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Established diagnosis of dementia, Alzheimer's disease, mild cognitive impairment (MCI), or any neurodegenerative disorder documented in medical records or confirmed by a treating physician; 2. Presence of severe psychiatric illness including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, active major depressive episode (GDS-15 >= 12 at screening), or active suicidal ideation, which would preclude safe study participation or confound outcome assessment; 3. Serious comorbid conditions anticipated to substantially limit participation or survival over the 36-week study period, including end-stage organ failure, active malignancy under treatment, or terminal illness; 4. Current enrollment in another cognitive intervention study or participation in a structured daily cognitive training program; 5. Inability to use a smartphone independently for WeChat communication even with caregiver assistance, or refusal to use the WeChat Mini Program platform; 6. Residence in a long-term care facility, hospital, or other institutionalized setting.
