Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with intrahepatic bile duct stones through B-ultrasound and/or CT, MRCP, etc. before the operation; 2. It complies with the "Expert Consensus on Laparoscopic Treatment of Hepatic and Biliary Calculi" 7 and the indications for PTCS surgery; 3. The patient is at least 18 years old; 4. The general condition is acceptable and the patient can tolerate general anesthesia and surgery; 5. The patient and their family have given informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with acute severe cholangitis, acute necrotizing pancreatitis or liver and gallbladder malignant tumors; 2. Patients who undergo conversion to open surgery and undergo radical treatment for malignant tumors simultaneously; 3. Patients with severe organ dysfunction who cannot tolerate general anesthesia or invasive procedures; 4. Severe coagulation dysfunction: International normalized ratio of prothrombin time >= 1.5, prothrombin time > 17 seconds, or platelet count <= 50 × 10^9/L, any one of which is abnormal; 5. Obvious liver atrophy; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.
