20 Years to 60 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Full-time clinical work in the rehabilitation department of the target hospital for at least one year; 2.Occupation as a clinical physician, rehabilitation therapist or registered nurse; 3.Voluntary participation and signing of the electronic informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Trainees in further education, internship, and standardized training periods; 2.Those who are absent from their posts for a long time (>1 month) during research; 3.Those who mainly undertake administrative and management functions and do not participate in clinical diagnosis and treatment.
