Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Scheduled to undergo laparoscopic cholecystectomy; 2.Aged >= 65 years and < 80 years; 3.No history of surgery or anesthesia within 1 year; 4.ASA grade ?-?; 5.No history of mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have used analgesic medications within the past 6 months; 2. Individuals who refuse to participate in the study; 3. Individuals with severe cognitive impairment who are unable to cooperate; 4. Individuals with a history of allergy to any of the medications used.
