Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Pathological diagnosis of early colorectal cancer ( HGIN or T1 adenocarcinoma ) 2.A complete FFPE pathological wax block 3.No preoperative radiotherapy or chemotherapy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Inflammatory bowel disease-associated cancer 2.Hereditary colorectal cancer syndrome 3.Pathological tissue volume is not enough to complete the test.
