Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Previously selected or currently active national team athlete; 2. Top 24 in the National Comprehensive Games; 3. Top 16 in the National Championship (Champion) competition; 4. Achieved corresponding rankings in other competitions of the same or higher competitive level.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, pulmonary heart disease, depression, or other major illnesses; 2. Had previously undergone thoracic surgery; 3. Experienced a pulmonary infection within 3 weeks before the experiment; 4. Had stopped training for 2 weeks or more before the experiment; 5. Had moderate or severe cold, respiratory infection, or other symptoms within 1 week before the experiment.
