Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Diagnosed with colorectal cancer through colonoscopy and pathological examination; 3. CT, MRI, and other preoperative diagnoses without distant metastasis; 4. Elected radical surgery for colorectal cancer; 5. Signed a written informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with diabetes; 2. Pregnant women; 3. History of major thoracic and abdominal surgeries; 4. Patients with acute diseases such as intestinal obstruction, intestinal perforation, or trauma; 5. History of total gastrectomy; 6. Patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction who meet laboratory tests for liver function AST and/or ALT >= 2.5ULN; Patients with renal function Cr >1.6ULN; 7. Patients with hyperuricemia; 8. Patients with contraindications to enteral nutrition; 9. Patients who are allergic to the ingredients of research products; 10. Patients with mental disorders or other conditions that cannot be assessed on a scale.
