Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Clinical stage is endometrial carcinoma stage I-II (FIGO 2009), including well-differentiated, moderately differentiated, and poorly differentiated endometrioid carcinoma, serous carcinoma, and clear cell carcinoma; 2. Preoperative CT/enhanced CT imaging evaluation shows no enlarged lymph nodes.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Advanced-stage endometrial carcinoma; 2. Intraoperative exploration reveals that the endometrial tumor lesions penetrate the uterine serosa, with pelvic/abdominal peritoneal metastasis; 3. Complicated with other surgical contraindications such as severe abnormalities in heart, liver, lung, or kidney function and/or other severe internal or surgical comorbidities, and those who cannot tolerate surgery, artificial pneumoperitoneum, or steep Trendelenburg position; 4. Uterine volume larger than that of a 3-month pregnancy, or those unable to completely remove the uterus transvaginally due to vaginal stenosis or other reasons.
