Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >=18 years old; 2.Primiparas with full-term vaginal delivery and singleton pregnancy; 3. Have certain communication skills; 4. Informed consent and voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other serious underlying diseases or serious complications; 2. Patients with other mental disorders.
