Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years old; 2.Worked under the no-care-giving service model for at least 3 months; 3.Had informed consent and was able to correctly understand the content of the questionnaire;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.The duration of continuous work in the current position is less than 3 months. One is still in the period of familiarizing with the position or the probationary period. 2.Taking on positions such as management, training or logistics that do not directly provide patient care; 3.Recent major stressful events such as the death of a family member or one's own serious illness may seriously affect one's psychological state, representing significant life events.
