Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. College students aged between 20 and 24. 2. No history of exercise risks or musculoskeletal disorders. 3. Willing to participate in the study and able to cooperate with the research process; 4. No obvious discomfort at rest, baseline checks (blood pressure, heart rate) within the safe range.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clear cardiovascular/respiratory/neurological or musculoskeletal diseases; related surgery or moderate to severe injury within the past 3 months. 2. Prescription drugs that affect metabolism or physical performance are being used and cannot be discontinued. 3. Acute fever/infection (within the past 2 weeks); pregnancy or trying to conceive. 4. Smoking (daily in the past 6 months or frequently in the past 30 days) or heavy drinking. 5. Intolerance or contraindications to treadmill/jumping-type exercises. 6. Those who do not agree with the video recording and sensor data collection/storage terms or are unable to cooperate to complete the task.
