Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Elective thoracoscopic lung resection (including segmentectomy, lobectomy, bilobectomy, sleeve lobectomy, and pneumonectomy); 2. Age>=18 years; 3. ASA classification I to III; 4. Mallampati classification I to III; 5. Conscious and alert.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Anticipated difficult airway before surgery; 2. Lung diseases affecting normal oxygenation (pneumonia, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis, asthma, etc.); 3. Patients with mental illnesses who are difficult to cooperate; 4. Central nervous system diseases; 5. History of previous thoracic surgery or respiratory tumors; 6. Patients who are unsuitable to participate in the study for other reasons.
