18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age range: 18 - 80 years old; (2) Diagnosis conforms to the "Diagnostic Criteria for Parkinson's Disease in China (2016 Edition)"; (3) Clear consciousness, stable vital signs of the patient; (4) Triceps surae spasticity, 1st grade <= MAS grade <= 3rd grade; (5) MMSE assessment score is greater than or equal to 20 points, and cognitive function can cooperate with the test;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cognitive or mental disorders; (2) Patients with contraindications for extracorporeal shock wave therapy (severe coagulation disorders, presence of malignant tumors in the treatment area); (3) Patients with severe comorbidities such as heart, liver, kidney, or brain failure; (4) Patients with a history of lower limb surgery, ankle joint contracture, severe arthritis in the past 3 months, or with local infections or skin lesions; (5) Patients taking antispasmodic medications or receiving local injections of botulinum toxin, phenol, or alcohol; (6) Patients with progressive or severe neurological diseases.
