18 Years to No maximum

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age > 18 years; 2. No evidence of extra-gastrointestinal invasion or distant metastasis on endoscopic ultrasonography and imaging examinations; 3. Normal comprehension and expression abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, coagulation disorders, or other contraindications for surgery; 2. Patient unable to tolerate anesthesia or surgery; 3. Current or regular use of analgesic medications for other indications; 4. Other known conditions, such as peptic ulcer or reflux esophagitis, that may cause upper gastrointestinal pain; 5. Multiple lesions in a single patient requiring ESD; 6. Perforation during ESD procedure; 7. Evidence of infectious diseases or antibiotic treatment within 7 days prior to enrollment; 8. Currently pregnant or breastfeeding.
