Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for the cross-sectional survey in the first part: 1. Research subjects: Emergency medical staff in Putian City, Fujian Province. 2. Work experience: Have been engaged in emergency work for at least one year. 3. Participation in remote emergency call guidance: Have practical experience in participating in remote emergency call guidance. 4. Informed consent: Voluntarily participate in the survey and sign the informed consent form. 5. Medical staff during the survey period. Inclusion criteria for the intervention study in the third phase: 1. Research subjects: Emergency medical staff of a tertiary hospital in Putian City, Fujian Province. 2. Job requirements: Directly involved in emergency work, including doctors, nurses, and emergency-related personnel. 3. Work experience: Have been engaged in emergency work for at least one year. 4. Participation intention: Voluntarily participate in the one-year pre-hospital emergency remote guidance ability training and sign the informed consent form. 5. Training participation: Be able to fully participate in the training and complete all tasks and assessments required by the training.

Exclusion criteria: Part 1: Exclusion criteria for the cross-sectional survey: Those unable to complete the questionnaire independently due to language, cognitive, or other barriers. Part 3: Exclusion criteria for the intervention study: Those who refuse to participate in this survey for various reasons.
