Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged between 45 and 65 years old; 2. Knee osteoarthritis (OA) of Kellgren-Lawrence grade 0-II, without obvious varus or valgus deformity of the knee joint or abnormal lower limb alignment; 3. Physical examination revealed one or more positive signs such as joint swelling, joint space tenderness, joint locking, and positive McMurray's sign; 4. Preoperative MRI confirmed complete posterior root tear of the meniscus; 5. Postoperative follow-up for at least 12 months, with follow-up data including scale scores and imaging examinations, and complete case data, including preoperative, surgical, and postoperative follow-up data; 6. No mental disorders and able to cooperate with medical staff for treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with Kellgren-Lawrence grade III-IV knee osteoarthritis (OA), joint instability or abnormal lower limb alignment (varus or valgus deformity > 5°); 2. Patients with knee joint infection or other knee ligament injuries, knee joint plateau and surrounding fractures or other knee joint injuries; 3. Previous knee surgery history; 4. Patients with severe mental illness, coagulation disorders or other serious medical conditions; 5. Patients with surgical contraindications or diseases that seriously affect prognosis, such as elderly and weak patients who cannot tolerate surgery, patients with severe internal medical diseases,etc; 6. Patients who cannot cooperate with follow-up or have incomplete clinical data.
