Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. From January 1, 2011 to December 31, 2023, 6590 patients underwent thoracoscopic thoracic surgery under spontaneous breathing anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Over 18 years old; 3. Lung tumors

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 18 years old; 2. Non-lung surgery, such as mediastinal thymectomy, tracheal tumor resection, chest wall tumor resection, or bilateral sympathetic nerve resection; 3. Intraoperative emergencies, including anesthesia or colloid allergy, massive bleeding, cardiopulmonary resuscitation or conversion to tracheal intubation; 4. Severe comorbidities: left ventricular ejection fraction < 50%, forced expiratory volume in one second as a percentage of predicted value (Pre-FEV1%) < 50%, severe decline in glomerular filtration rate (15-29 mL/min); 5. Patients with a history of radiotherapy or chemotherapy who need tracheal intubation or robotic thoracic surgery; 6. Participating in other clinical trials simultaneously or any other situation deemed by the investigator as not suitable for inclusion; 7. Incomplete perioperative data.
