Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with arthroscopic treatment indications; 2.Patients with unimpeded communication; 3.Age between 18 and 55 years old; 4.American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification I-II, with no severe dysfunction of vital organs such as heart, lungs, liver, or kidneys; 5.Preoperative core body temperature was 36.0–37.5°C, with no symptoms of fever or hypothermia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with comorbid peripheral vascular diseases of the respiratory and circulatory systems; 2.Preoperative body temperature below 36°C, or above 38°C; 3.Patients with foot skin lesions including breaks, ulcers, inflammation, or hypoesthesia/absence of sensation; 4.Those with allergies or intolerance to salt packet ingredients or local heating; 5.Use of temperature-regulating medications within 24 hours prior to surgery.
