Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Age >=60 years; (2) Residing in a nursing home for >=3 months; (3) Patients with pure-tone average hearing loss >= 26dB HL in the better ear of both ears, as screened by Mimi™ APP; (4) Clear consciousness, with basic communication and comprehension abilities, capable of cooperating to complete questionnaire surveys and scale assessments.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with severe neurological disorders (e.g., stroke, Parkinson's disease) or musculoskeletal disorders (e.g., severe arthritis, nonunion of fractures) affecting balance function; (2) Patients with severe organic diseases or acute conditions of the heart, liver, or kidneys; (3) Patients with cognitive dysfunction (MMSE test: illiteracy <=19 points, primary school <=22 points, junior high school or above <26 points).
