Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Nephrotic Syndrome: Meeting the diagnostic criteria outlined in the *2016 Evidence-Based Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Management of Steroid-Sensitive, Relapsing/Dependent Nephrotic Syndrome in Children* established by the Renal Disease Group of the Pediatrics Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, specifically: Urine protein >= 3+ (dipstick) 24-hour urinary protein excretion >= 50 mg/kg Serum albumin < 25 g/L 2. Age: Between 2 and 16 years old. 3. Disease Onset: Within 3 months of initial diagnosis of Nephrotic Syndrome. 4. Cognitive and Technical Ability: Both the child (as age-appropriate) and their primary caregiver must be capable of providing clear responses and be proficient in using a smartphone. 5. Compliance: Able to understand the study requirements and willing to cooperate with the research procedures.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary or Congenital Nephrotic Syndrome. 2. Comorbid conditions such as Diabetes Mellitus, Malignancy (Cancer), Active Peptic Ulcer Disease, or Viral Hepatitis.
