Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.To undergo radical nephrectomy or partial nephrectomy ( including open or minimally invasive surgery ) under general anesthesia in the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Guangxi Medical University from January 2015 to December 2025; 3.Postoperative pathological diagnosis of renal cell carcinoma ( all subtypes included ); 4.Have complete and traceable electronic anesthesia records, surgical records, pathological reports and inpatient medical records;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Concurrent or previous history of other malignant tumors; 2.Patients with severe heart, lung, liver and kidney dysfunction ( such as ASA grade >= IV ), or with severe mental illness or dementia who cannot cooperate with follow-up; 3.Patients with severely missing medical records and unable to obtain key variables ( such as anesthetic medication details, follow-up survival status );
