Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who plan to undergo radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder surgery. 2. Patients who have undergone radical cystectomy and ileal neobladder surgery for more than three months. 3. Normal population without urinary tract infections and urinary tract retention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with urinary tract retention after ileal neobladder surgery. 2. Patients with intestinal fistula after ileal neobladder surgery. 3. People with urinary tract retention. 4. Patients who have used antibiotics within 72 hours prior to urine collection. 5. Patients with incomplete collection of clinical data information.
