Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Anterior, posterior and lateral skin and soft tissue defects of the knee joint 2. No combined lateral skin and soft tissue defects of the thigh 3. Varying degrees of exposure of bone, joint ligaments or tendons at the center of the wound

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe diabetic vascular disease and systemic serious diseases 2. Patients with perforating branch defects of the superior lateral knee artery 3. Patients with incomplete follow-up data
