18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The patient was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis by endoscopy and histopathology (meeting the ECCO diagnostic criteria); 2. Age: 18 to 70; 3. Have a complete willingness to follow up and collect samples; 4. Be able to accept at least 3 follow-ups with intervals of more than 3 months; 5. Sign informed consent,
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women; 2. Patients with other types of IBD (such as Crohn's disease), intestinal malignancies, autoimmune diseases, etc.; 3. Patients who are unable to undergo regular follow-up.
