Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Fulfillment of the diagnostic criteria for HaNDL syndrome according to the International Classification of Headache Disorders, 3rd edition (ICHD-3).; 2. Presence of the classic triad of symptoms: headache, neurological deficits, and cerebrospinal fluid lymphocytosis.; 3. Aged between 18 and 65 years, irrespective of sex.; 4. Voluntary provision of written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Confirmed intracranial infectious disease based on etiological examination.; 2. Positive for autoantibodies associated with autoimmune encephalitis.; 3. Neuroimaging evidence of vascular abnormalities or definite infarction.; 4. History of movement disorders such as essential tremor or Parkinson's disease.; 5. Comorbid severe cardiac, hepatic, or renal insufficiency, or malignancy.
