Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 5-10 years and adults aged 18-25 years, male gender. 2. No antibiotic use within the past 3 months. 3. No history of gastrointestinal diseases (such as ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, acute gastroenteritis, irritable bowel syndrome, etc.) or abdominal surgery within the past 6 months. 4. No regular consumption of probiotics, prebiotics, or synbiotics within the past 3 months. 5. No chronic underlying diseases (such as diabetes, hypertension, chronic liver disease, chronic kidney disease, autoimmune diseases, etc.). 6. No history of drug abuse or alcohol dependence. 7. Voluntarily signed the informed consent form and able to cooperate with sample collection and related information questionnaire completion.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who do not meet any of the above inclusion criteria. 2. History of acute infections (such as respiratory tract infection, urinary tract infection, etc.) or fever (temperature >=37.3?) within the past 1 month. 3. History of radiotherapy/chemotherapy or immunosuppressive agent use within the past 6 months. 4. Individuals with severe mental illness or cognitive impairment unable to cooperate with the research process.
