Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy (18 <= age <= 75 years); 2. Voluntarily participating in the study and signing the informed consent form; 3. Able and willing to provide a written informed consent and comply with the requirements of the study protocol;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Non-diabetic kidney disease; 2.severe heart and liver function abnormalities; 3.malignant tumors; 4.acute or serious diabetic complications; 5.pregnant individuals; 6. Those with mental illnesses or who are unable to take care of themselves;
