Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.The inclusion criteria of this study were designed to screen the samples stored in the Biobank of West China Hospital of Sichuan University from 2009 to 2019, which met certain conditions, and to identify the most suitable Biobank for clinical use, including but not limited to common cancers such as digestive system tumors, breast cancers, and lung cancers. And the sample source of patients with complete clinical follow-up data at least including baseline data, treatment records, prognostic information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Sample quality did not meet testing requirements, and patients with missing or incomplete clinical data or missing key data were more than 20%;
