Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients who meet the pSS classification criteria recommended by the American College of Rheumatology (ACR) and the European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) in 2016. 2.The age range is between 18 and 70 years old. 3.Voluntarily sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who are currently in the acute phase of infection. 2.Patients with malignant tumors (including solid tumors and blood-related tumors). 3.Patients with other immune system disorders are also included. 4.Patients suspected or confirmed to have HIV infection. 5.Women during pregnancy and breastfeeding; 6.Individuals with cognitive dysfunction or who are unable to cooperate in completing questionnaires;
