Trial Group:Neck Warming Collar Group:Following induction of anesthesia, place the custom-made disposable inflatable neck collar around the patients carotid triangle area (the inflatable heated collar
Control Group:Forced-Air Warming Blanket Group:After induction of anesthesia, place the disposable heated blanket flat across the lower edge of the iliac crest line to cover the back and buttocks/lowe

18 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18-64 years; 2.ASA physical status I or II; 3.Scheduled for elective gynecological laparoscopic surgery under general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation; 4.Expected surgery duration >= 2 hours; 5.Provided written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Preoperative baseline core temperature > 37.5°C or = 800 ml.
