60 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for MCI as established by Petersen et al. 2. Age >= 60 years; 3. Possess essentially normal visual and auditory functions, with basic comprehension and communication abilities; 4. Have independent mobility, able to walk normally or with assistive devices, and no current medical conditions requiring bed rest; 5. Length of stay in the elderly care institution >= 6 months; 6. Total daily time spent in sitting, reclining, or lying positions >= 8 hours; 7. Informed consent, voluntary participation in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from severe physical illness or end-stage chronic disease; 2. Currently participating in other research projects.
